Living in Perfect Faith

On a recent Sunday morning Charles Stanley was on TV talking about the three kinds of faith....weak faith...great faith...and perfect faith. Weak faith, he said, was a struggling faith. Hopeful that things might work out but not really believing fully. Great faith was going beyond to the next level, truly expecting that God had good things in store for you. But Perfect Faith was not just hoping, not just expecting, but truly believing that it was, in Mr. Stanley's words "a done deal"....that God already had great things prepared for you. I decided to start trying to practice that kind of faith. Beginning each day telling God that I knew he already had great things prepared for me for that day and all I had to do was believe and recieve. Understand that I am not necessarily talking about material or financial gifts. I am talking about the calm assurance that if you truly live in a way where you are open to wherever God leads you, amazing things will happen...everyday. Try it today, and see what happens!
